As recommended, I knit this scarf in a fingering weight of wool. It turned out significantly smaller than it should have. One of the projects published on the Ravelry site addressed this- recommending using two strands of fingering wool or Dk. Unfortunately I didn’t see this review until after finishing my project. I’m hoping it will expand a bit after blocking it.
The pattern is well written and easy to follow. I recommend that the recommended weight of wool should edited.
Thank you for the review and inputs! I am happy to hear that you found the pattern well written and easy to follow❤️ It might be extra important getting the correct gauge, when knitting the scarf in fingering weight, as it might easily be smaller if the gauge is not on point. However, I hope you were able to stretch it after blocking it Happy knitting!
