Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in the webshop are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT.
We offer secure payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, MobilePay, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, as well as local payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, and BLIK.
As our products are digital goods delivered immediately, payment is charged at the time the order is completed and the digital product is made available.
Delivery
Physical products are shipped with GLS or PostNord to the pickup point selected during checkout.
Delivery of Digital Products
Knitting and crochet patterns are delivered immediately after payment has been completed in the form of a PDF file.
The file is sent directly to the email address provided at checkout and can also be downloaded via a link on the order confirmation page. No shipping or delivery charges apply.
Right of Withdrawal (No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products)
When purchasing digital content (such as PDF knitting and crochet patterns) that is not supplied on a physical medium, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
Before completing your purchase, you must expressly consent during checkout to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Complaints and Access to Files
Consumer Rights: You have a 24-month right to make a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding digital services and goods.
Use: If the downloaded file is damaged, defective, or does not match the product description, you must submit your complaint within a reasonable period by contacting us at support@easyasknit.dk and providing your order number.
File Storage Responsibility: easy as knit provides technical support related to downloading files, but it is the customer's responsibility to save the downloaded PDF file on their own device.
Copyright
Personal Use: All knitting and crochet patterns purchased from easy as knit are protected by copyright law. The patterns are intended solely for personal, private use.
Prohibited Use: It is strictly prohibited to copy, resell, forward, share, or distribute the patterns to others, whether digitally, via social media, or in printed form.
Commercial Sale: Products made using our patterns may not be resold commercially on a systematic or commercial basis unless a written agreement has been made with easy as knit.

In order to deliver your digital files, we require your name and email address. We process your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable legislation. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
