The Ultra Easy Ruffle Socks is a pair of super easy to make socks. They are worked from the top and down towards the toe in a stockinette stitch. They have a cute ruffle detail at the top. The heel is solely shaped by making increases and decreases, which makes this pair perfect for beginners!

Sizes: S (M) L corresponding to the EU shoe sizes 35/37 (38/40) 41-44
Measurements:
Circumference: 17 (19) 19 cm
Length: 22/23 (25/26) 27/28 cm. This is easily adjustable
Gauge: 21 stitches x 28 rows in a stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm
Needles: 4 mm circular needles (25 / 40 cm)
Yarn alternative 1: 2 strands of Mayflower Class 1 Cashmere (50g=210m). You will need 2 (2) 3 balls

This pattern really is ultra easy and would be perfect for a beginner wanting to make socks. They’re also great for someone like me, who is a little lazy like me and would rather take a lot of the thinking out of the process. I did find it confusing to figure out where I should be measuring from and feel like I must have misunderstood so my socks were short. I also don’t think the heel fits super well and the socks slip down, but that’s the sacrifice for making something ultra
easy. Next time I would add a little extra length to the leg portion so they would be more suitable for wearing with boots. Overall a fabulous pattern and I will definitely be making more! The ruffle is so cute!
The easiest sock pattern i’ve followed. Sits perfectly on the foot as well. No need for a complicated heel construction. Love!!
