Ultra Easy Bib - Crochet

The Ultra Easy Bib has specifically been designed for someone who would like to learn how to crochet. The bib is worked back and forth in a double crochet stitch and shaped by increases. The edge is made with deep double crochet stitches and a push button closure is added to the neck. Only simple techniques are used in this pattern, which makes it a great project for first time crocheters.

Sizes: ONESIZE  

Gauge: 18 stitches x 22 rows in double crochet = 10 x 10 cm.

Crochet hook: 4 mm hook

Yarn alternative 1: 1 strand of Friends Cotton 8/8. (50g=75m). You will need: 1 ball + a small amount in a different colour for the edge

Yarn alternative 2: 1 strand of Hobbii Friends Wool (50g=100m). You will need: 1 ball + a small amount in a different colour for the edge

Yarn alternative 3: 1 strand of Drops Lima (50g=100m). You will need: 1 ball + a small amount in a different colour for the edge

Yarn alternative 4: 1 strand of Sandnes Double Sunday (50g=108m). You will need: 1 ball + a small amount in a different colour for the edge

All yarn with a meterage of about 75-100 meters per 50 grams, can be used to make this pattern. The yarn usage for the bib is below 40 grams which makes it a great project for using up leftover yarn.
