Easy Striped Vest is a beginner-friendly knitted vest! The vest is worked up using the basic knitting techniques: knit and purl. You will learn how to knit stripes. You can knit as many stripes as you want. If you have not learned to knit these yet just follow the guide videos for every step mentioned throughout the pattern – then we will finish this vest together! The vest is knit bottom-up and at the end, you have to knit a folded rib at the neck and in the armholes.

Measurements:
Chest measurement: 80 (88) 95 (101) 109 (118) cm
Length: 48 (50) 53 (55) 58 (60) cm
Gauge: 11 stitches x 18 rows of stockinette = 10 x 10 cm
Needles: 7 mm (60 or 80 cm) circular needles. Maybe 7 mm 40 cm for the ribbing
Yarn alternative 1: 4 strands of Drops Kid Silk (25g=210m). You will need 6 (7) 8 (8) 9 (9) balls
Yarn alternative: 2 strands of Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk (25g=140m). You will need 5 (5) 6 (6) 7 (7)balls
Yarn alternative: 1 strand of Drops Melody (50g=140m). You will need 2 (3) 3 (3) 4 (4) balls
