The Easy Colour Sweater is a sweater worked from the top down in a simple colour pattern. The sweater can be made in two colours or in multiple different colours to create a more interesting colour pattern.

Sizes: 2 (4) 6 (8) 10-12 years

Measurements:

Circumference: 72 (78) 84 (90) 96 cm

Length: 37 (42) 44 (46) 50 cm

Gauge: 20 stitches x 22 rows in the colour pattern repeat on 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm. 

Needles: 4 mm  circular needle (40 + 60 cm) + 3 mm (40 + 60 cm)

Yarn alternative 1: 1 strand of Hobbii Friends Wool (50g = 100m). Buy/view the yarn here. You will need 3 (4) 4 (5) 6 balls in a base colour and a total of 2 (3) 4 (4) 5 balls in one or more contrast colours. 

Yarn alternative 2: 1 strand of Sandnes Double Sunday (50g = 108m). Buy/view the yarn here. You will need 3 (4) 4 (5) 6 balls in a base colour and a total of 2 (3) 4 (4) 5  balls in one or more contrast colours. 

Yarn alternative 3: 1 strand of Drops Lima (50g = 100m). Buy/view the yarn here. You will need 3 (4) 4 (5) 6 balls in a base colour and a total of 2 (3) 4 (4) 5  balls in one or more contrast colours.

For example, if you want to knit with three contrast colours, you will need 1 (1) 1 (2) 2 ball(s) of each colour.
